I bought this mobile for my father as he found the numbers on his old phone hard to see. This phone is perfect as the numbers are larger and the phone is much louder.

Yes, good for the elderly and easy to use, but spoilt by tacky construction. I've now had two of these that have just frozen and had to be sent back for repair.

This was my 91-year old mum's first mobile phone. She has arthritic fingers so the large keypad is just right for her. Alas, she has failing memory problems too and forgot that I had warned her that if she hangs on to the Call End button for too long it will turn the phone off. Unfortunately, she has a knack of using her finger nail to press this button and sometimes the button hooks under the button recess resulting in it staying down, which, of course, turns the phone off. Manufacturing/design flaw! She's done this 3 times now making it impossible to contact her. Apart from this design short-coming, it's an excellent phone (it even has a built in torch).

As a recycled teenager this is just the phone my wife wanted. Big buttons, easy to read and simple to use. Just one gripe, Where can I get a car charger for this phone?? No retailer etc, including Binatone wants to know or can tell me.Binatone Big Button GSM Mobile Phone (Sim Free)
