Since I purchased this phone, it has never held a charge for more than 24 hrs on standby.The touch screen is very unresponsive making it almost impossible to use in even basic functions.

It was said in the description: "NEW". But when it arrived it was in the bubble wrapper inside the box, with no manual or anything. The phone was not new at all and it was not even working properly. Touch screen was working sometimes if you press very hard.
However, I had to keep that just because:
a) I bought it for one of my disable nephew.
b) I had no time to waste by returning the item and complaining to AMAZON.
I was too busy to put the review soon after I purchased.
I would not recommend to anybody.

This phone is absolutely rubbish . I bought one for daughter as a christmas present. She has been able to use it TWICE.
It wont charge .Terrible copy of iphone. No help from the supplier either. Have sent countless messages asking for a new adaptor and batteries to try and get the phone working. They dont even respond.

As that title of my review states, you really do get what you pay for in this phone. Ok, it looks like an iPhone. That's where the similarities stop. The phone itself has no memory, none, so a memory card is essential straight off. The touchscreen is shoddy at best, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The camera is absolutely useless, picture quality is grainy and blurred even at high quality, so if you use your phone as a camera, this ain't the one for you. Internet is not setup, so you have to do it all, I've tried 5 times and it still doesn't work. My main bugbear is the fact that you have to edit all your phone numbers so that the phone recognises the number and displays the contact info, I have 180 numbers on my sim, and I balk at the idea of doing that. One other thing, it doesn't do Emails either, which is a huge thing for me, so dissapointed it fails in that department. So I'll probably call this phone a bad move and go back to my nokia with the broken keypad which I bought this one to replace until my upgrade, at least I can see who's called or texted.
Please do yourself a favour and read as many of the reviews as possible. When I bouhgt mine, they were all glowing about it, now it seems as more and more people are buying this phone, the problems are coming to light.
